Welcome to Dellaware Magnets Co. The terms "we" "us" and "our" refer to Dellaware Magnets Co. By accessing or using our Site and purchasing our custom magnets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Customer-Edited Content & Image Quality

​

  • Self-Editing Responsibility:

 

You are solely responsible for editing, cropping, positioning, and formatting your photos using our online design tool.

​

  • No Digital Proofs:

 

We do not provide digital proofs or review your designs prior to printing. Your submission of the order constitutes your final approval of the layout.

​

  • Image Quality & Resolution:

 

We print directly from the file you generate. We are not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution prints caused by low-quality original uploads.

​

  • Copyright & Ownership:

 

You guarantee that you own or have explicit permission to use any photos you upload. You agree to indemnify us against any copyright infringement claims.

​

  • Content Moderation:

 

We reserve the right to reject and refund orders containing images that are illegal, hate-filled, or highly offensive.

2. Printing, Color, and Sizing Expectations

​

  • Color Variances:

 

Screen displays use light (RGB) while printers use ink (CMYK). You acknowledge that final print colors may vary slightly from how they look on your phone or computer screen.

​

  • Cropping & Bleed:

 

Keep vital parts of your image away from the very edge of the design tool canvas. Minor cutting shifts of up to 1/16th of an inch are normal in manufacturing.

​

3. All Sales Are Final 

​

  • No Refunds for User Errors:

 

Because these magnets feature your personal photos, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is submitted.

​

  • No Refunds For:

 

Typos, accidental cropping, selecting the wrong magnet size, or changing your mind. However, if we notice a blurred image or a cropped image is not aligned well, we will contact you to submit a different image to ensure you have a good experience with our business.  

​

  • Our Mistakes:

 

If we send the wrong order or your magnets arrive physically damaged, email dellawaremagnets@gmail.com within 7 days with clear photos. We will gladly reprint and ship them at no cost to you.

​

4. Proper Magnet Use & Liability

​

  • Surface Care:

 

Magnets should only be placed on clean, magnetic metallic surfaces (like indoor refrigerators).

​

  • Liability Limit:

 

We are not responsible for any scratches, scuffs, paint discoloration, or surface wear on your appliances or property resulting from the use of our magnets.

​

5. Governing Law (South Carolina)

​

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Lancaster County, South Carolina.
